Libertarian Party takes action in Ohio and Tennessee

The Libertarian party is taking court action in both Ohio and Tennessee to get Bob Barr on the presidential ballot in November.  Both states have made it excessively difficult for third party candidates to get on the ballot by requiring far more signatures than either of the two major parties.  Read the story by clicking here.
